Charlie’s Vision is a Washington Non-Profit Organization, formed in 2018, to support Washington Law Enforcement. The organization was established in memory and honor of Charles D. Rhodes, a young man who had a heart for law enforcement officers, whom he vigorously supported. Charlie’s Vision’s mission is to help fund the unfunded and under-funded needs of the law enforcement community in Washington State.
In furtherance of its Mission, the Charlie’s Vision Board of Directors has recognized the need to promote and support local young people who aspire to and are working towards a career in law enforcement or criminal justice.
